Founded in 1995, Flopac has been making fluid handling equipment for the petrochemical industry. Both upstream and downstream. In this short history, Flopac has acquired a leading position as a versatile partner with high-quality standards. Over the years we successfully concentrated our efforts on engineered seal support systems for shaft seals, refill/make-up systems as well as auxiliary components such as seal flushing coolers. A specialization that we love and made us the experts we are today. Driven to provide our customers with well-balanced advice to accommodate their needs responsively.

We are also acquainted with most national legislations the world over.

An optimal sealing environment maximizes seal performance, improves the MTBF, thus gains on your equipment availability. Flopac has the expertise and experience necessary to consider factors like MTTR reduction and MTBF increase in our designs. We offer viable solutions for all kinds of applications, for either single or dual seals, contacting wet seals, or non-contacting gas seals.
Designing coolers for seal flushing applications is quite demanding. These applications often require high capacity heat exchangers with strict temperature limits that shall fit a limited space, while presenting the designer with other detrimental parameters like low head and often low, laminar flows.
Challenging aspects for our product designers, yet Flopac managed to develop a successful range of seal flushing coolers that address all these aspects and provide a cost-effective and reliable solution to your needs.
We provide heat exchangers in both forced and induced draft configurations. Depending upon the service demand, these heat exchangers may feature an internal turbulator for maximum fluid turbulence, improving tube side heat transfer. The inclusion of our innovative turbulator design has enabled us to significantly enhance our cooler efficiencies

Flopac guarantees you safe and high integrity products that fully meet your requirements. All products manufactured at
Flopac are thoroughly tested prior to despatch. This ensures high-quality products that are fit to fulfill their intended use. For the European (Dutch) manufacturer we are, inherently all our products comply with the latest European legislation, such as the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, the Machine Directive 2006/42/EG, and /EC and the ATEX 2014/34/EU if needed.
Quite often the importance of the engineering package and manufacturing data books seems to exceed that of the product. That is why we promoted a timely delivery of our engineering- and quality documents to one of our major key performance indicators (KPI).
We understand the urgency, so you can expect our engineering package, data books, and every set of certification to be complete and in time.
All Flopac products come with a documentation package together with user-friendly installation and operating instructions. This package contains all the technical details of the product and will serve as an excellent source of reference for the maintenance of the Flopac product. Flopac engineered (manufactured) products will also have a manufacturing data book.
