4 step approach
First we will thoroughly familiarise ourselves with the situation. Map the application, the parameters, and the intended or the desired operation.
In close cooperation with the users, we will then gather more information about the symptoms, first manifestation of the problem, recent changes if any, the recurrence frequency, the suspect triggers, and so on.
Having gathered the basic background info, it’s time to get hands-on with the problem and start the root cause analysis. At this phase, our extensive experience in shaft sealing systems will prove useful to develop theories as to the root cause. Usually the culprit is found pretty quickly and, to date, we have not left any challenge unresolved.
Considering various methods like refurbishment, retrofitting or replacement Flopac will propose the most economical solution to debottleneck and/or improve your sealing application. All the work done comes fully guaranteed, no cure no pay.
